RFP for City Landscaping Services

The City of Clear Lake Shores is now accepting sealed proposals for landscape maintenance services.

The proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes prominently marked as follows:

Proposals must be submitted by mail or in-person to:

Proposals will be accepted until:
December 19, 2024 – Thursday at 2:00 PM, CST

Proposals received after this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable.

Proposals will be publicly opened in a manner that does not reveal their contents immediately following the due date and time at the City of Clear Lake Shores Conference Room, 1006 S. Shore Drive, Clear Lake Shores, TX 77565. All proposals will remain confidential until the City Council has awarded a contract.
