The City of Galveston has refreshed its online short-term rental registration and payment portal. Updates include improved reporting, property searches and multi-user account access.

The City of Galveston has updated its Short-Term Rental landing page and refreshed the online registration and payment portal operated through Deckard Technologies.

The updated portal is designed to provide a more streamlined workflow for short-term rental owners. The city also has enhanced reporting capabilities and multi-property tools to make tracking short-term rental properties easier.

Users can access the updated online payment page through the City of Galveston website by selecting the Business tab and then choosing Short-Term Rental Owner. From there, selecting “Online Reporting and Paying Service” in the left-hand menu will open the payment portal.

Existing accounts remain active, and users can access them with the same login information they used previously.

The refreshed website includes improved property address search features. Accounts can also add multiple users for login, reporting and payment purposes, giving property owners more flexibility in managing access to the portal.
