Central Middle School Bearcat Band Shines at UIL Competition

Big congratulations are in order for the Central Middle School Bearcat Band, which earned top honors at the recent UIL competition—receiving a 1 in concert performance and a 1 in sight reading!

Led by directors Mr. Ross and Mr. Olivarez, the band’s hard work, talent, and dedication truly paid off. Their achievement reflects the strength of Galveston ISD’s music education programs and the commitment of its student musicians.
