A Thank You to Larry McCaslin and Home Depot

The City of Clear Lake Shores and Home Depot extend their heartfelt gratitude to Larry McCaslin for his service in the Army. We also want to express our appreciation to Ed Waters for leading the volunteer effort in support of a local resident in this veteran project.
